I see Hinamori, with a bit of Orihime. I'm thinking of her persona in the most recent chapters--willing to lead, eager to help, and very compassionate. She's modest and kind, mature and shy. She's probably a bit more of an optimist than you are, but overall, your tone reminds me of her.

Going out on a limb here, maybe, but Kisuke.
Definitely with your answers to Strong points, and most of your Dislikes. I can see Kisuke having your Weaker points too XD
Kisuke's serious and immature, so I see it there too and in Leader or follower, since he seems to like Yoruichi leading more, but will do it if he has to. Of course, Kisuke isn't really very shy, but he appears so at times. And he's a realist, but appears to be an optimistic one to most people.
