Hero or Villian: This is a very subjective question. A hero is someone who fights for the things s/he believes is right, which can change depending on each person. So I think that I'm somewhere in between since I should fight a bit more for my ideals?
Quiet or Loud: Quite, at least if you don't give something that I really like to talk about.
Extroverted or Introverted: Introverted.
Looks or Personality: I'm not really pretty but not ugly either, average. As for personality, people say that I'm nice to be around but that I should speak more.

Leader or Follower: Something in between, someone who'll lead others if need but that will accept others opinions
Hero or Villian: As said this is really subjective. I'll like them if I understand their reasons.
Quiet or Loud: Either would be good, but I like people who appreciates some silence at times and it's not extremely loud.
Extroverted or Introverted: Same as before, either is fine as long as it's not in the extreme, something moderated.
Looks or Personality: I like someone with good personality, but looks do help, at least at first until you get to know the person.
Favorite Character (why?): Ah... this is hard, there are so many, let's see... Kira, who's loyal to the end both to his superiors and friends. Matsumoto, I love her personality. Ulquiorra, don't really know why, he just got into me ^^
Favorite Episode of Bleach (why?): I love the flashback, we get to know a lot of the characters background that you could ever get in normal episodes.
Looking for male or female?: Either is okay, Would love to know my match for both XD
Turn-Ons: Kindness and comprehension, loyalty, intelligence (it doesn't have to be the most intelligent person in the world but someone who won't act idiotically) and shyness is cute sometimes. As for looks, I'm a sucker for blonds, long hair, glasses and taller people than me.
