If a member does not finish their fic by the end of the month, they will have a grace period of one day to post it. If they do not, they will not be able to participate in the next month’s sign-up.

So. What happens to the person who didn't get a flahsfic cos someone who signed up can't follow through?

I think the person that had your request this month is having computer trouble. I've sent an e-mail to her to ask how things are coming along, so hopefully you won't have to wait that long for it.

In other _flashfic communities I've been a part of, when a person doesn't post their flashfic on time, they'll be excluded from future rounds until they post the late fic. I think, for now, we'll wait to see if computer trouble's the problem and take what happens next from there. ^__^

Hey-hey~ Totally random, but it's been a couple rounds since you last pimped bleach_flashfic out. XD Wanna try it again to get more fresh blood in on the exchange?

Awesome idea! I actually just finished my 20_souls claim this morning, so I pimped it (and b_e!) out at a few comms. ♥

There's something I do not understand. I could be given any person's request right? So I could essentially have to write something from the list of things that I personally may not like or want to write about? Or are my requisites from my own request taken into account into what i am more suited to writing for another person?

In theory, you could be assigned to write for someone whose pairings and preferences aren't to your own liking. But I try to take the writers' preferences into account when I'm assigning the requests. For example, if all four of Participant A's requests involve manga-only characters, I won't assign Participant B, who's only seen the anime (and who tells me this in the "preferred universe" parameter of their comment), to them.

Also, members are free to state what would be an absolute stretch for them to write in their sign-up comments. I don't really recommend getting specific about the latter part of that aspect, but if there's one or two pairings that really turn your stomach, you can say so and I won't assign you to someone who requests them.

Hope that's clear!
