[The last Kaien had known, he had been sleeping. His Da and brother rather close by, the three of them on the lam from that fiasco in the courtroom.

It had been invigorating to put that mafioso bastard on his knees and send him to his judgment alongside his brother and father. He'd fallen asleep feeling rather accomplished, wearing his rosary and...a bedsheet. He and Ichigo slept in the nude on nights when it was just way to damn hot to do otherwise.

The next thing he knew, there was a weight that landed on him suddenly. Felt almost like a foot.

Lookie Rukia, you stepped in an Irish boy.

He startled awake, sitting upright with a groan.]

[Rukia stumbles, totally having missed the body but she quickly rights herself and hops to the ground nearby. she turns and sees the naked man.]

[the smoke stinks to Rukia but she doesn't let go of her sword for a minute even to wipe at her stinging eyes. she wants to ignore his words and the card but after watching him walk away a good distance, she carefully kneels to pick it up.]

[she tucks it away thinking she will need to keep an eye on this imposter and makes her way to this place's Seireitei to get healed.]
