The Blood, Sweat, and Tears:
Write a BDSM-themed fanfic of any length and style, using any characters from Bleach, that is based on, or incorporates, an inanimate object from everyday life that is not inherently sexual.
Examples of such inanimate objects include a broad hairbrush (great for spanking and brushing your sex-pet's hair…), a scarf, a sword, a scabbard, a chair, the sash that secures a shinigami's hakama, a walking stick, a leather belt, a neck tie, duct or packing tape, a ruler, candles, Fido's rubber ball, ribbon, high-heeled shoes, a ping pong paddle, a ballerina tutu, string or twine, a wooden cooking spoon, an apron… You get the point, ne?
When submitting your fic, be sure to highlight the everyday object or objects you've kinked, freaked, or full-on sexed-up in your summary or as a footnote.
Please note, you may certainly include some "standard" BDSM gear (whips, floggers, cockrings, 'cuffs, clamps, masks, etc.) in your fic, as long as at least one everyday object is included in your BDSM-play.
Contestants may submit any and all manner of Bleach fanfic, including drabbles, one-offs, multi-chapter fics, poems, co-writers, and so on-provided that the fic follows the tenets of BDSM, as described in our rules and guidelines, and here (informed consent site). Fics involving single characters, pairs, three-somes, and/or orgies are allowed, and, though this comm is yaoi/yuri focused, we are certainly accepting het and bi fics. (Yoruichi x Urahara, Nanao x Shunsuii, or Halibel x Noi anyone?). It goes without saying that any yaoi or yuri pairing, threesome, or orgie is allowed.
Fics may be of any length, from a paragraph to thousands of words, and any rating, from G to NC-17. When submitting an NC-17 fic, please remember to f-lock.
As stated in our rules and guidelines, fics must show or imply that the BDSM is consensual-especially in regards to non-con play or non-con fantasy. We will not accept any shota or any fics that depict true non-con or rape-penetrative or otherwise. Any and all characters in your fic must be depicted as age 18 or over. No exceptions.
Submit as many fics as you'd like! Unless specified as a multi-chaptered fic or series, each submission will be judged individually.
Judging Criteria:
Gogo & Gogod, plus our secret panel of BDSM-savvy judges, will be specifically looking at how each fanfic:
- Utilizes the theme of "Everyday Objects in BDSM."
- Keeps the characters as IC as possible, even in OOC situations
- Incorporates elements of BDSM, including any and all of its kinks and scenarios-from light bondage to "painful 'punishment," and in-depth costumed, role-play
- Is composed (*cough, cough* spell check)
Misc:
Due to the graphic and mature nature of bleach_bdsm, ALL member posts are moderated by Gogo & Gogodgene. Again, please read the guidelines before posting a fic, fan art, or discussion. Posts that do not meet the comm guidelines will not accepted.
