Sick Day
I stayed home from work today because I woke up in the middle of the night with the kind of cramps that make being hit by a truck sound like a better deal. On top of that, my oldest cat kept me up all night between wanting food and wanting *that cat* out of my room. Feh.
I slept in till 11am. Then decided I wanted pancakes. Just enough pancake mix left - awesome! The pumpkin puree I'd thawed out last week is still good - awesome! No milk or cream in the house. Hm. We'll just use yogurt instead. Awesome! I will have to start making pancakes this way on purpose.
Did a bit of cleaning straightening up, a couple of loads of laundry, and spent a bit of time arguing where to get lunch from with Michael, who also stayed home sick today. We settled on pizza from a new-to-us place because hardly anyone else delivers.
Tonight will likely be popcorn and hot chocolate in front of the TV. It will be a bit of a struggle to remember I have to go to work tomorrow.
