This is kind of a big month. Aside from being the birthday month of several friends, including two of my best friends, this month is also my dad's 70th birthday. It marks the 30th year I've been in the US. And Michael and I have known each other for 9 years this week.
ETA two other noteworthy moments:
My MIL's cat has been sick this past month or so. Whatever he had, it came on faster and harder than what's going on with the orange cat. She finally had to put him to sleep today. This is the last cat of the original set from when I met Michael. RIP Digit
My dad sent me a Facebook friend request. I'm not quite sure what to do with this.
