Baby Sweater

As long as I'm figuring out how to add photos, I'll share a baby sweater I made last summer. It's about the first piece I ever made that wasn't square or rectangular. I did it in a class on how to read patterns.  It's meant to be a baby sweater, but because I can't use baby yarn and the corresponding hooks very well (tendonitis with little fussy things like that), the instructor helped me size it up a bit. It now fits the skinny 3 y/o son of a friend of mine.  Yes, the sleeves are a bit uneven. I did a pretty good job of following the pattern, but the directions for the sleeves included something like "start sleeve at shoulder, *and then something magic happens*, end sleeve at wrist smaller than you started". Oh well. I'm thinking about taking another class like that, should it be offered again. There was a lot of good information in that class, relevant to whatever project each person was working on, and there's no way I could remember all of it. Even if I did this exact same sweater again, I'd learn bunches more.
