Watchmen
If you haven't seen it, you should. It was fun. I want to read the comic because I think the story will be more coherent. I find that when it comes to film adaptations of books and comics it is best to go into the film with an attitude that it's going to be incomplete. The movie to me is more of a summary of the story. I find that helps me to enjoy the movies more. And for me I like to see the movie first. I read "Sphere" before the movie came out and that movie just seriously pissed me off.
So watching the movie was about all I did today. I missed listening to a friend's story at a meeting due to a buffet dinner with friends after the movie. That kind of sucked, but it happens. After the gorging at the buffet a nap was inorder, so I missed the other meeting I had plans on going to. So yeah, I kind of feel like a slacker, but I'm used to that. It doesn't help that I really want to get to bed instead fo talking about what I liked about the movie. Hopefully later...
