This is beautiful music...
Damn, it's been a long time!
Summer in a nutshell:
-I went to Utah and stayed at the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird for the Greater Expectations Conference. Got drunk with faculty.
-I was Head JC at WVASC... which was of course the best part of summer... sadly this was probably my last year there. Brett and I didn't fight the entire week... amazing eh?
-Right before school started Eric, Brandy and I went up to Pittsburgh, spent the night at the Hilton then went to Kennywood the next day.
Other than that I worked a few weeks in Student Affairs, and just tried to enjoy the summer.
Now that school has started, things are off to an amazing start. Orientation was a lot of fun, even though I hate to admit it. While I was there I finally got to use the chat function on my DS Lite... which was more fun than it probably should've been.
My class schedule is awesome this year. I only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have standing meetings on Mondays and Wednesdays for SG, but they're both in the afternoon... so it's like having a four day weekend every week! SG hosted its first event last Thursday, The Back to School Bash. It was a huge success. I think this year is going to be one of our best years ever.
AND NOW.... for the best news of all... things with Ronnie couldn't be more perfect. I'm so happy. All of the heartache and frustration and sleepness nights were well worth it.
