Tomarrow is the day i revilutionize my life COMPLETELY! I have a
plan set out (almost totally constructed) that will bring me to utter
and total bliss when it comes to looking in the mirror.
-Wake up at 5am everymorning (the program is set in a setting of
weekly standerds starting on a Saterday, that way i have 48 hours to
calculate the needs of the comming school week) Then i pick at random
an excersise thingy from in each catigory, those being paloties, ball
work, weight lifting and streching. The excersise will then be fitted
into the aloted time area and then the morning will go from there
-Everything eaten and drank will be written down so that they
will be calculated in the dietary way to see if i am getting the right
ammount of stuff daily. I will also make myself drink at least 8
glasses of water daily. (1glass=1cup+some)
-I will take measurements weekly of my weight and of the with of both legs, arms and stomach areas.
-I WILL HAVE FUN WETHER I LIKE IT OR NOT! LOL LOL LOL LOL!
