I just called my voter registrar's office to see if my mail-in ballot has been counted. The lady who answered told me it probably hasn't even been opened yet. My county is huge so my vote won't be officially counted for another couple of days.

I suspect that a lot of people where I live vote this way (I saw several other people walking around with their conspicuous yellow envelopes) so California's results are not fully in.

Prop 8 is not decided yet.
