The good thing about two doctors getting in a punch up is that they can rapidly stitch up each other’s wounds afterwards. Kind of like a super-intricate handshake.
Unless of course they’re fictional doctors.
Patrick Dempsey and Isaiah Washington from the medical drama Grey’s Anatomy had a fight on-set recently, though luckily no one needed to call in a non-fictional medical practitioner.
It didn’t come to blows, but the two got right up in each other’s faces. "We were like two baseball players... nose-to-nose," Washington told People. "We had a difference of opinions while working on set but we've resolved it."
So why did they stop short of throwing punches? "Our faces are too beautiful for that!" Washington quipped.
"I've never been that close to (Patrick) before," he said. "He has really pretty blue eyes."
