Cross Country Trip: Part 1
Here are the stories about my trip, pictures will be up soon, hopefully.
Down to Baltimore.
I left Connecticut Saturday August 7th and headed down to Baltimore. My thoughts on my way down were as follows: What the fuck am I doing? What he fuck? Holy Crap I am moving to Seattle. What the fuck?
and keep repeating...those were my thoughts through to the present. I still look at Jesse and say, "I am living in Washington".
So while in Baltimore i hung out with Caroline on that Saturday, then i got a hold of my old friend Doug who i hadn't seen in at least a year and a half and my friend Eric who i hadn't even talked to in at least 2 years. Wow, it was great to see them. So the three of us went to my friends Nathan and Jake's place. and we all went out together to a bar. while at the bar i also ran into Andrew, a friend of my brother in-law. I procedeed to get very drunk. yeah, 4 shots in 20 minutes will do that to a 110 pound girl. But i still love my chocolate cakes and tequila shots...even 3 hours of spinning rooms. That was a very late night, with interesting drunken and sober stories. Too many to write in here, ask if interested. I'll be more than happy to tell.
So the next day I saw my buddy Bill and Liz and broke the news of my move to them ...SURPRISE, I'm moving 3000 miles away! Tomorrow! Liz and i then went and played ddr and a weird japanese game where you use your arms...what is that game called? Then later on to give Caroline and TJ some private time I went out with Andrew to Champions. Yep, we played pool. And he whooped my ass. He used to play on teams. But now i know that if i move back to the bmore area, he will become my pool teacher and i will then whoop your ass.
Ok, this is longer then expected, so i will start my road trip portion of this tomorrow.
