I knew something like this would be simple to figure out. There!

[Rita indicates...what might be an attempt at making a torte. Or a pudding cake. The only sure thing is that it's messy and looks about ready to collapse, two cake layers haphazardly stacked with too-soft and melting ice cream sandwiched between. She's still pretty smug about it, ( Read more... )

Well I can't really tell from the video. You have to help a girl out and tell me. It just looks really sweet.

I wonder if something's wrong with the video...

Anyway, it's an ice cream cake. I can tell you that it's definitely sweet.

I guess that's one way to put it...But if you're going to go to the trouble to make something, it might as well be something good.

You and I might share a brain on this topic. I'm always performing food experimentation and creating new things. I think it's pretty innovative but my sister and Faith always do that whole nose wrinkle and eye roll-y thing anytime I ask if they want to taste something. I don't get it.

Yeah, that seems to be the consensus. Most everybody doesn't. I'm a lone food experimentation warrior.

I guess it could come in handy if you wanted to invent new poisons.

Food isn't poison no matter how it's mashed together... right?

Tell that to the guy whose cooking experiments are practically toxic.

Wait, actually--don't tell him. I don't want to know what you two might come up with together.

Wait... you know someone else who food experiments??
