lions, tigers, and pirates OH MY!
today was quite an adventure. i spent the first half of the day in and out of cingular stores wondering why anyone let them buy out AT&T. however, i can say that taylor and i made some nice new buddies at the store on sandlake. hellloooooo adam! (actually i preferred the dorkier of the three, wayne, but he was married)
after that disaster i pretty-ed myself for my date.

i dont know about you but im quite the dinner theater expert. ive been to almost all the ones around town and i can honestly say, i know talent when i see it. the pirate dinner show was the best one yet! they sang and danced, we "R"ed and cheered! Jose! Jose! Jose!
man, i wish we had sat in the hunk section, i mean the orange section. and im still wondering where johnny depp was in all of this. maybe next time, right?
either way tonight was awesome. i mean, who doesn't enjoy singing, acrobatic, chest bearing, muscle bound pirate boys? i know i do.

one more thing worth noting: earlier today taylor asked me what my favorite gift was and at the time i wasn't sure. im not one to really categorize things like that. however, after receiving megans gift tonight ive decided that hers, by FAR, surpasses any gift i have yet to receive (i know, your wondering HOW? how could she possibly...) it was one of the most well thought out creations EVER. i cant wait until i can actually wear it, but no need to go into that.
so what have i learned from all this? alli definitely needs to start rethinking/planning something pretty spectacular for someones birthday. i mean, she definitely deserves it.
