More returns
Got my car back today. Apparently a belt had broken in one of the tires, which was relatively inexpensive to replace. I hope that is the last of the trouble with it for a while- I am going to need it pretty soon for interviews and work attendance.
A technical support position that I got in touch with via Craigslist last week got back to me today, asking about salary requirements. Again it's not an interview, but it is a response, and that is very heartening. Two responses in as many weeks! Maybe things really are going to turn around soon. I certainly didn't expect the jobs journal to bear fruit so quickly.
Another day, another couple of emails for technical support or admin jobs in and around KC. Nothing particularly exciting on that front.
