Video killed the radio star, much like Facebook has killed Livejournal. So many people have just dropped off the radar, myself included.
I'm now in my third term of trapeze and first term of aerial silks (tissue). I do so much gripping that I feel like an old man. By the end of my Wednesday sessions I have trouble holding onto a cup (as demonstrated when emptied half a coffee through my keyboard at work).
I'm getting my motorcycle license again! Woot. The good news in over 25s only need to complete one year of P's instead of three. The bad news is I'm over 25. :\
Deb completed the City to Surf yesterday in 79 minutes. 11 minutes better than her previous year. A spectacular performance which really shows how hard she's been training over the last 12 months.
I've been recovering from a running injury for about... oh... 3 months now. Standing on one leg without falling over is now possible, so I must be getting better.
