So, Friday. We're supposed to be all 'WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!' and shit, right? Ha, not if you have my luck.
Dude I've talked about in previous posts, is drinking on the job. Now, we have no hard evidence other than the fact that as the day went on, he got sloppier and sloppier and started to smell like whiskey, more and more. Fucking shit. Dude says he's trying to change and whatnot.....bullshit. I hate liars. You're not trying to make a difference for yourself. You want people to feel sorry for you, and in the long run, it fucks with everyone else that you work with. Get awesome, or get lost.
My beer is tasting so good right now.
My paycheck(s) sucked SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard. Being sick reallllllly put a dent in my funds. I'm going to make this little bit of $$$ last, and just work really hard the next two weeks and pay all of my bills out of that check. Hopefully, everything will work out. I have to use 2 vacation days just to make up for time off due to snow. I think that I should be given a full days pay if my boss calls me and tells me he's not opening the store. I mean, it's not my call, it's his, and if I'm going to be losing out on $$$, I feel I should be compensated for the decision. I mean, my little truck MAY have made it there, but I wasn't even given the option. UGH.
stellastarr* is quickly becoming my new favorite band. So catchy. So good.
Met the cutest dog yesterday. His name is Henry, and he is ADORABLE. So well trained and his manner is perfect. He's playful, but not in the annoying "I want to play every second that I am not pooping or peeing" kinda way. Not to mention he slept in the bed with us, which is just adorable. He's so cute. I want a dog so hardcore now.
Still haven't finished Logan's Run. Although, what I have seen has been very strange.
I really feel like making a post about something super important, just to try my hand at writing something serious, but I need to figure out what it is first. I just feel like I'm a smart guy and I'm not really pushing myself right now. Maybe I'll find my note on Male-Feminists and cut and copy it to here, so I can see it in a different medium.
I am craving nachos and salsa like you wouldn't believe.
Spring won't get here fast enough. Winter has been here tooooooo long.
MY BIRTHDAY IS NEXT WEEK!!!!! Hellzzzzzzzzzyyyyyeeeeaaaaahhhhhh BOY!!! 26 years old. Geeze. I'm getting up there. Oh well. This is shaping up to be one of the best years of my life.
