Today is turning out to be a good day.

So, I took my machine in on this first sunny day in over a week. It's been raining and gross. Today is a crisp, sunny autumn day.

I got my machine in and he fixed it right there and didn't charge me. It took about an hour. Dave rocks. Go to Gratz for all of your sewing machine repair and purchase needs. He rocks!

There I met this amazing older gay may who was just ridiculous. He was so funny and has written books and articles and has a PHd. Either way, he was just entertaining and a perfect old gay stereotype. it was amazing. I adored him.

Then Ryan and I went to get bagels and coffee. We ate at the place and kept say, "We're getting married in three weeks!" He's so cute.

I dropped him off at school and at the corner where we pulled up, there was my new litte model Taylor. He is SO cute. It's sick. I adore that kid.

Now I'm home, finishing my coffee, trying to figure out what we're going to do about our NY hotel. Aparently according to my new gay old friend, Halloween weekend is also the NY marathon weekend. We're pretty much boned. So I'm hoping I can find a place this week, otherwise I may have to find that needle in a haystack, a friend in NY who doesn't have a cat.

I'm sure it'll be fine, I'm just concerned.

But anyway, after Ryan gets out of class, we're going to go price coats (we're both too fat for our winter coats AND they are falling apart anyway). I also need to get some fabric for our wedding outfits :) I think I will try and make hi new pants if I can. Otherwise, he just gets a cute new vest. I'm making a non-lolita dress (IKR?!) and a shrug. That way we'll be comfortable at the concert afterwards without having to change.

And I can't remember if it's for sure, but I think we're going to Jo's tonight. I have to check.

So yeah, it's a good day. The kind that makes you forget how poor you are XD
