Success!!!
So, as I said I'm home from my awesome trip. It was more amazing then I caould have ever hoped for. Not only did I get to hang out with the people I talked about in my past posts, but I got to see Tony for a whole day, meet Chandler's super cute boyfriend David (I made them dinner and the four of us watched Howl's Moving Castle *hearts*), see Ryan's friends Danny and Monica again (sightseeing and a fucking rad bar), watch Ryan play pool at a gay bar and see some of the most breathtaking mountains and scenery I've ever see in my whole life. The mountains led to the ocean and the ocean led back to Venice Beach (I think that's where we ended up) where we got out and walked in the beautiful weather to street musicians, psychic cats and water-vomiting dyno-shaped hedges. We window shopped at the outdoor mall and ate dinner at P.F. Chang's before going to the airport and dragging ourselves home. It was our first adventure and it was a total success despite monetary issues. I love my boyfriend so much and I love my friends soooo much. Chandler was an amazing host and I'm so happy we got to spend our trip with him.
I finished up at Anime Detour today. I made back my table and most of my trip money so I'll be able to pay rent and my car insurance. Head's up, my phone will probably get turned off so if you need to contact me and don't get through, my home phone will be on ;) I am planning on going to No Brand Con just on that Saturday and Sogencon in May.
Despite all the fun I've had I'm happy to be home. I missed you guys and I have a lot to do. Now when i stress out I can imagine driving through the mountains by the ocean with the top down, looking at the sunset fade into stars and listening to beautiful music with the love of my life by my side.
