California Update #2

Time for a post! Okay, so Chandler has been an amazing host :) We've gone out and done fun stuff, not fun stuff and sat around and even that has been great. I've gotten a lot of sleep. We went to a fashion show on Friday that ended up being lame. We went to a club that was amazing look but had the rudest gay boys ever. I miss my MN gay boys :( You're way more polite. Chandler's roommates are AWESOME! His one roommate Juan took Ryan out for drinks last night while I slept. He had a great time. We saw Beverly Hills while Chandler and his adorable boyfriend gave us the blow by blow tour. Today we're hanging out with Annie and Josiah. Exciting! Wizard World LA was a bit disappointing because it was about half the size of Chicago and had lamer guests and a tiny artist alley. We saw one artist we met before and got more of his stuff, I got to meet Tommy Kovac of SLG (he did Stitch and is now working on Autumn...He is so painfully cute) and SLG is putting out a new Wonderland comic that I'm excited about. I got a chance to talk with my buddy Frank whom I met at the last WW (the one who wrote that Looking Glass Wars book i couldn't stop talking about) as well as meet a cute black Lolita who told me I should move out here wince they actually have store that carry EGL stuff. I've seen amazing clothes on Melrose and I just want to live there. We might go se Cirque du Soliel. We're going to get together with Ryan's friends Danny and Monica and I get to see Tony. HQ tour is on Wednesday. We have a lot of plans but it's all still very laid back. We're having a great time :) Oh, and alcohol is so expensive here. I'm drinking way less than i thought I would.
