Earworms
Today has been unusually earwormariffic.
From waking until about 3PM: Liz Phair, H.W.C.
From about 3PM until 6PM: Spider Pig
Then briefly while travelling home: Lily Allen, Sheezus.
The first of those was wildly unhelpful. Not only was it incredibly distracting - far more so than a typical earworm - but it was also something I couldn't say anything about at work because, well, boundaries, I've heard of them.
(Incidentally, if you are at all bothered by women singing very sexually explicit lyrics, erm, don't go listen to that first song. Granted that's true for an awful lot of Liz Phair's work, but this one is "special".)
