Crazy kids

I had one hell of a weekend, both good and bad! I guess I'll start with the good . . . I had a wicked good Saturday night. One that entailed booze, a storm, and running around shirtless in the pouring rain! We went to Blake's and the kids played some Texas Hold 'em. Then we decided to go outside for a walk to check out the lightening storm. By this time it was still pretty warm out and the lightenging resembled a strobe light. We walked down to the Mississippi park and threatened to go shirtless should it start to pour. Moments later we got our wish, as freezing rain started to hit we whipped off our shirts and ran about wildly down the path around 10:30PM. We were singing the soccer chant "OLAAAAY OLAY OLAY OLAAAAY!" Loud enough for the whole neighborhood to hear. It was hilarious! Soon the tornado siren sounded, so we decided to turn around and hike our asses about 4 blocks down the road to Blake's, NOT including how far we were down the trail and the block of hill we had to climb to climb to get to the road! When we got back we realized it was tornado warning for Roger's, which is only five miles from us! We are hella crazy kids. We came inside rang out our clothes in the hallway, derobed in the kitchen and threw on some of Blake's clothing and tossed our clothes in the tub. Then we went and hid in the hallway downstairs for a bit. All the while running to the door to check the severity of the clouds forming. Quinn and Beth were super freaked! That was the most morbid night ever. I loved it!

In other news my brother landed himself in jail. Yeah, it's not good, he fucked up big time.
