The blue moon has reached its peak in the sky. Time to post again.

Finally got my sister moved into her new place, graduated my sister, moved into her place again, gotten over my cold, moved my sister into her place again, and somewhat caught up on work. That's what's been happening for the last week or three. @_@;

I'm really happy that my sister is a doctor now, but the whole graduation has left us beat.

Now that's done with, on to greater things. I got my grubby hands on the Valkyrie Profile 2 since finding VP1 requires effort... Something I don't have. So far, I like it for the most part. Tri Ace once again did what they didn't do in SO3... Wait, that would be the first time since SO3, right? Never the less, I kind of like the game so far even though it is a little complicated. But I've beat only the first dungeon and I assume there are plenty more where that came from. The main character doesn't come off as a complete moron (see loathing hatred for Star Ocean 3) so this might go well.

- Likable and cute main character.
- Not too annoying side characters.
- Pretty graphics for a last gen game.
- Combat requires some skill and beefy characters.

This might go well.

On another note, I have gotten my hands on 4.0 AD&D and I have mixed feelings about it. Maybe its newbie jitters, but we'll have to see. Its nice and all you get constant use of powers, but I felt like the classes have lost their purpose. Mages were supposed to have massive spell books and whatever craft and metamagics they want. Fighters could be any crazy build you could imagine. Rouges could do anything but magic. Clerics could do anything but sneaking. But somehow that didn't translate. They dumbed it down so that switching between classes or races isn't rough, but they lost their own flavor. I'm not sure if I'm making sense or not, my friend didn't seem to understand so whoever reads this might not either.

They did do one thing I kind of like. There are like 10 or so skills. I hated trying to assign skill points into my 25 some class skills every level. It was quite annoying.
