The song is by Mik, who put it up on eleanorbrain.com to start the intergalactic dance party, for people to dance to and/or remix.

The other answers are boring I'm afraid, so I'll make up lies: I stole the tape gun from the Obama campagain, and I'm drinking a frozen margarita. No make that a 'frozen waffle':

Frozen Waffle:
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
smidgeon more vanilla (no imiatation extract, blech)
Some vodka. How much? I don't know, I've been drinking.
Milk. Whoops, spilled a little. That's ok.
