Cold Urticaria
Well never thought it could happen but I am now allergic to the cold...cold weather, cold objects, cold water, etc. I still need to go to a dermatologist to confirm this but i'm pretty sure i have this Cold Urticaria thing after going to the doctor.
It's been a few weeks since I've been experiencing reactions to cold things. Whenever i touch cold objects for a few seconds or even wash my hands under cold water, my hands become incredibly itchy and tingly. Even when i was eating a popsicle my lips became really itchy and it swelled up not long after. It's funny because i've been eating popsicles the whole summer at work and this hasn't happened before.
sighh....i should've taken a picture when i did the ice test on myself. but anyways, i took an icecube and placed it on my arm for 2 minutes. usually, if you don't have a reaction to cold things, your arm just turns red and goes back to normal. but after i removed the ice, my arm swelled up like it was bitten by a mosquito and it's still kinda swelled up now even after 6 hours. it's soooo messed up. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE WINTER!!!!!
