(no subject)
so we finally got our power back today after three days...stupid cyclone larry. psshhh. how inconsiderate of it. hehe.
so yeah, the cyclone was pretty damn shit. like...it was pretty bad here, i would hate to see what it was like in innisfail..that would have sucked so so much.
our shed broke a bit and a few fences broke, and we got half our neighbours trees in our yard, which was very fun to clean up.
our power was off from 5am monday till 12pm wednesday. which was fairly crap. it would be so much worse for those in innisfail though...its a relative i guess. its very exciting to have electricity again.
theres another cyclone (cyclone wati) on its way over from fiji which is really slow moving, but intensifying apparently. i dont reckon it will hit..but then again, thats what i said about cyclone larry.
we're so unbelievably fucked for our assessment. its gay. we go on senior camp in 2 weeks, and then its holidays. between now and then i have 2 maths exams, a BCT exam, a history exam, a FTV documentary and an english assignment due before then. oh dear god im going to die. this is horrible.
and you may wonder why the fuck im sitting on live journal when i have so much stuff to do??? because im denying the fact that i have any further assessment. selective believeing...wonderful policy i think.
my dad flew to sydney yesterday. super. he's working down there for a few months. me and mum are going down to visit him the day after i get back from camp and im going to go formal dress shopping. woot woot.
anywho, im off to help mother dearest with dinner.
