Toe tappin' shoes and she's paralyzed
puttin' on the brakes coz i said a few words
and im confused so she'll use her body
and i'll use my rationale
to see the realm in the real
eat and drink in the scenery
and do battle with my own shadow
to gain some semblance of self
splashin' in the water makes
us all angry assholes, and we
drench like damn fools trying to win a fight
that no soul would survive
its sickening, we're all getting older
and thinking younger in our cars
on our cell phones
and through our satelites
we use some of our brains to play up our shortcomings
for pity, we're read like news off silly putty
one stretch and the words distort
I am pretty much a dumb motherfucker. It took three parties and hanging out with drew for a week to realize I don't fit in that group, not now, and not ever, really. And by the group i mean all the kids at currans party that i hated in high school and hate now. I put some people through some shit and for that i apologize, i am really jsut kinda fucked right now and need to have some form of release. Fuck that last entry being my last, i depend on this fuckin thing too much to let it go like that. It's really kind of sad, but whatever works, right?
I really like what i wrote above. I have an hour after 80 kids leave the pool at the Y where i can just sit in the lifeguard chair and write or draw stuff. The thing above was a rare gem from today.
Im pretty psyched about my laptop coming in within the next few weeks, so i can put all kinds of useless shit on it. my very own computer. how fuckin nice.
I hung out at frankies tonite. I left at ten. I talked to Maggie Pendergast, who i havent seen in months, and we drove around for an hour. It was nice to hear about all her shit, and kinda put mine in perspective. we've been friends for a long time, but now its rare that i ever see her. its too bad, shes one of the girls left in this town that i can have a long civil conversation with. i guess that's my own fault.
Another thing i have to leanr is that people talk and never shut the fuck up about anything, and i myself are guilty of saying stuff that shouldnt be broadcast. but its real fucking annoying. i dont care about a girl network. you can call the fucking "Shut the Fuck up" hotline anytime. god.
Im an angsty little fuck tonite, wow.
anyways, im gonna go start the new Harry Potter, because its the new cool thing.
