WIPS and stuff
I started this yesterday, I wanted to finish it in the same day because my laptop was sent away again today. Didn't happen. Bah.
I started this one around the same time I did my quick Half-Life 2 fanart.
Something I posted to my Tumblr a while ago. I saw these two guys in a Staples parking lot. They were the best men I ever saw.
Realism is not my forte.
More realism practice. I love Hanjosan's candid street portraits, so I picked one and used it as reference.
For some reason, possibly because I'm insane, I fell out of listening to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. I rediscovered them a few days ago and have been listening to their new album nonstop. I sketched this out in charcoal, which was pretty unforgiving. I think I got the general mood down though.
The sketch was based on the character in this amazing video, which was directed by Richard Ayoade.
