Back on the Horse

I've been avoiding posting for quite some time now, I don't really have time to do so at the moment but its time to get back into this thing or leave it be.

Its been something of a manic summer, some tremendous highs and lows. Work ends in six days and I'm quite looking forward to going back to school. I still haven't actually worked out my schedule properly... I should probably get on that. My biggest problem with the whole registering thing is that I have to take none biology courses apparently. There are a few history courses I'd like to take but nothing seems to fit together in my schedule, everything seems to conflict. Ah well, lab and tutorial times can be corrected in class later... but now what history courses to take?

The weekend past has probably been the most memorable this summer. I saw Pilate with Naomi on friday, saturday was just insane... vast amounts of drinking, eating, even a little fighting then topping it off with a morning swim while the sun came up, not that we could see it... damned overcast sky. Sunday we watched Garden State which I greatly enjoyed, it put us all in a very peculiar mood and we ended up lazying around in blankets on Peggy's Cove watching for shooting starts until 2am when I realized I had to be heading back since I worked in six hours.

I think I'll probably end up watching Garden State again... I need to see if it was just my previously strange mood that put in an even stranger mood or if it was the movie itself... anybody else wanting to go is more than welcome to join me.

Oh James whilst you're home we've got to go do open mic somewhere and spend some time on the waterfront. It'll be good stuff.
