Summary: Youngbae needs rest. It's been around two weeks since he spent time together with his friends, especially Jiyong. He misses him so much that it hurts. When he finds out that his boyfriend's schedule is free tonight, he can't wait to go home.
Hiver's note: Hi! Hiver is here. This is my first livejournal entry, also the first GDYB fluff XD I'm new to Big Bang, especially to GDYB and GTOP :P That's why, I don't really know Big Bang schedule, daily activities, residence or many other things like that. I would love to know. So, for this story, just pretend that Big Bang is currently busy with their own things..... ARGH! I actually think this story is so lame! *hides in the bushes* But I really like GDYB... and wish to write something about them. Long live GDYB!
Reunion
It was a seemingly interminable day, as if the week stopped on Saturday. It was the day Youngbae always longed for, if there was no work. Somehow, Youngbae couldn’t put up with the schedule any longer. He needed rest. That word had been ringing through his subconscious mind that he was not even aware of the sighs he constantly breathed out. Standing beside him was the manager. She had been observing Youngbae all day long and the feeling of the atmosphere weighed her down. She took a quick glance at her watch and, sighing, she placed a hand on Youngbae’s shoulder. Youngbae turned to her with a fake rested expression; it didn’t fool her.
“After this, you will have an appointment with the producer.” She noted Youngbae’s frown. “I’ll cancel it for you.”
Youngbae furrowed his brows. “Are you sure about that?”
She smirked. “Leave it to me. Now smile at that darned camera. You’re dismissed within fifteen minutes.”
Youngbae couldn’t have been more grateful than that. She bowed deeply to his manager and muttered a thanks. She shook it off. “Your boyfriend’s schedule is free tonight, so enjoy.” She shrugged and left to talk to the photographer.
Sitting down, Youngbae let out a deep breath of relief. Finally. It had been more than two weeks since he last spent his time with his friends. They were all busy with their solo debuts -well, acting for Seung-hyun. Recalling all the fun Big Bang had, Youngbae closed his eyes. It was an enjoyment to be with his friends.
He heard someone called his name and realised that it was time for his last photo session. Getting up to his knees, he walked straight into the white area. The cameramen gestured him to pose. Therefore, Youngbae did. He stared at the camera, thinking about his friends, especially Jiyong. Jiyong… He missed him so much that it hurt. He missed his cheerful and adorable expressions. Jiyong…
The photo session was over and Youngbae hurried out of the studio, muttireing quick thank you to everyone he passed by. The cameramen, who was going to say something to him, scrutinised all of his photos. Youngbae’s manager came up to him.
“Is there any problem?”
He shook his head and rubbed his moustache. “I see love.”

The rain teemed down, washing away the dead autumn leaves. From the windshield, Youngbae watched droplets of rainwater slide down the car. He liked rain; more like, he liked the fresh air after rain, especially on a green hill. His feature was tranquil as the foliages brushed past his car. Lowering the windshield, he breathed in a good deal of terrestrial air. The car went uphill; a relieved sigh escaped him as the villa came in view. The good, old villa, which had always been their home.
Youngbae indulged in memories. He wished he would not be so caught up with work that he had to stay in a small apartment in Seoul; not that the others didn’t do the same. However, they at least met twice a week in this villa. He met Daesung, Seungri and Seunghyun three days ago. Unfortunately, he didn’t meet Jiyong. He was too busy with his new song that he had to stay in Seoul more often than them. The fact hurt him so much.
He parked the car inside and stepped onto the terrace. Ruffling through the wet hair, he pushed the wooden-framed door. It was unlocked, and the lights were on. Someone was inside. Youngbae thought of Jiyong when he entered. As he walked past the guestroom, he heard someone laughing. The voice put Youngbae at ease. It was Jiyong’s. His Jiyong was home. Wandering into the living room, he found Jiyong sitting on the sofa with laptop on his lap, unaware of someone coming.
Youngbae watched him for a moment’s pause. It felt as if time has stopped and the world revolved without him. Jiyong was wearing his striped pyjamas with towel on his shoulders. His wet hair proved that he has just taken a shower. As for why he was laughing, Youngbae was unsure. Jiyong was certainly focused on his laptop.
Silently (though not intentionally), Youngbae ambled towards him. It began with a stroll, which was going faster and faster until he broke into a desperate stride. In a second, he was holding Jiyong tightly on his back. Jiyong cried, surprised by the sudden contact.
“What the-” he turned around, “Youngbae! Don’t scare me like that!” Jiyong placed his right hand on his chest as if he almost had a heart attack. “Since when were you here anyway?”
Youngbae said nothing but squeezed Jiyong tighter.
“Hey? Are you alright?” Jiyong looked at him and smiled sadly. “Tired, aren’t you?”
The elder nodded and buried his face onto Jiyong’s neck. “Jiyong… You’re back…”
Jiyong raised an eyebrow. “Of course I am. This is our home after all.” He grinned.
Youngbae smiled and sighed. “I miss you…”
A small blush formed on Jiyong’s face. “Na… I miss you too.”
Youngbae stroked Jiyong’s hair before moving to sit beside him. Jiyong watched him move attentively. The way his faux hair dropped because of the wetness, the way his muscular body shifted on the sofa, the way he looked deeply pleased to be home... Dang, how long has it been since they last met!? He missed him terribly!
When Youngbae finally found a comfortable sitting position, he rested his head on Jiyong’s shoulder, to which Jiyong responded by resting his head on top of his.
It was relaxing.
Youngbae closed his eyes. If only this could go forever, he thought. He opened his eyes again to see Jiyong typing on his laptop. Youngbae switched their position that now he was the one who rest his head on top of Jiyong’s while his right arm caressed the back of Jiyong’s hair. Jiyong’s eyes were locked on the screen as he began to chortle on his own. Youngbae quirked his brows as he looked closely at the screen. Jiyong noticed him and pulled off his earphones. He stared at Youngbae for a second before he rewound something in his laptop. Youngbae assumed that Jiyong had been watching video.
Jiyong chuckled at Youngbae’s confused look. After he finished rewinding, he unplugged the earphones off his laptop. A familiar song rang from his laptop. Confused, Youngbae squinted at the laptop screen. In the video, Daesung was dressed like an eccentric auntie, plus he was dancing…“uniquely” (he wasn’t even sure how to describe it). With a large grin on his face, Daesung asked ‘did I make it then?’ to… Seungri after he played with his xylophone. It troubled him so much to see Seungri because he dressed like a ballerina. A ballerina. A woman. Seungri was not a woman. Youngbae slapped his forehead.
“Beethoven Virus,” he stated.
“Good, you remember,” Jiyong bit his lower lip to suppress his laughter, “Do you remember what happen next?”
Youngbae burst out laughing. “YES!”
“Great.”
Both Youngbae and Jiyong continued to watch: Seungri and Seung-hyun sat, Seungri holding xylophone sticks while Seung-hyun frowning with arms crossed. “Next,” called Seungri and that’s when Youngbae appear. “Uhm…So I’m…Uhm Ah Uhm Ah…” Jiyong clutched his stomach as he was doubled up. Youngbae was chuckling while he covered his mouth. That was embarrassing! But Jiyong looked pleased; Youngbae didn’t want to interrupt Jiyong’s happiness.
“Taeyang cabaret,” Jiyong imitated between his laughter. Smirking, Youngbae suddenly stood. He turned to his back and the song his boyfriend composed ‘Look at me, Gwisoon’ sounded. Jiyong sat cross-legged on the sofa, teary-eyed. Youngbae was dancing to the song!
Nalbwa nalbwa kwisun nalbwa nalbwa kwisun
Nalbwa nalbwa chigeum tangjan nalbwayo
Nalbwa nalbwa kwisun nalbwa nalbwa kwisun
Nalbwa nalbwa nalbwayo
Jiyong rolled to his stomach. Soon he sang along too. “Youngbae cabaret!” he shouted. Youngbae laughed as he pulled Jiyong up to his feet. “Dance with me.” Jiyong grinned.
Nalbwa nalbwa kwisun nalbwa nalbwa kwisun
Nalbwa nalbwa chigeum tangjan nalbwayo
Nalbwa nalbwa kwisun nalbwa nalbwa kwisun
Nalbwa nalbwa nalbwayo
Soon, they were sprawled on the floor, clutching onto their stomachs. It was hard to stop. They kept on laughing more whenever they saw each other’s faces.
“You know,” said Jiyong, “I always watch the Big Bang parodies whenever work stressed me out.”
Youngbae rolled to his side so he could see Jiyong’s face. His laughing face was so adorable. “I’ll do that next time.”
Jiyong grinned at him and approached to give him a peck. Just as he was about to kiss, Youngbae was struck by a brilliant idea. He placed a hand on Jiyongs mouth, stopping the younger man.
Jiyong raised an eyebrow. “What’ wrong? You don’t want to be kissed?”
“No, at least not yet,” he sat crawling on his limbs towards the laptop. Sitting against the sofa, he moved the cursor intently as if he was looking for something. Jiyong crept towards him to see what he was doing. When Jiyong saw the victorious look on Youngbae’s face, the elder had already found what he wanted.
“What? What is it?” Jiyong held the screen of his laptop, staring at it directly.
Youngbae snickered. “Since I’ve done one of the most embarrassing things in my life, I want you to do me a favour.”
“What favour?”
Youngbae pressed the play button in the RealPlayer and let Jiyong watched. It was a scene where he and Seungri almost ki- ki-, Argh! He shuddered; never think about that anymore. Seungri was Daesung’s! (More like, Daesung was his). It felt so weird to mess up your partner! Ugh!
Jiyong swallowed and tried to concentrate on the video. What in the world could Youngbae possibly like the most, he wondered. He bit his lower lip as realisation struck him.
“Young- Youngbae!” He turned to his boyfriend, face as red as ripe tomato.
Youngbae buried his face on his lap, stifling his laughter.
“You want me to lick, bite, and part my lips in a seductive way?”
Youngbae said nothing; he was embarrassed because he tried to embarrass Jiyong. Youngbae inhaled deeply and exhaled. “Yes.”
“NO WAY!”
“You did it in front Seungri.”
“That’s a special treat for fangirls.”
“So? There’re many GDYB fans out there too.”
“There are?”
“Yes, lots of them,” he rolled his eyed, “Anyway, do it for me please?”
“I told you, NO-”
“So you’re fine with Seungri and not with me, your boyfriend?”
Youngbae shot him a very strong melancholic look and Jiyong tried to fend off the guiltiness that was crawling onto him.
“Not fair! You’re giving me the look!”
Youngbae looked up with a very sad look on his face.
Jiyong flinched. It’s the look. Jiyong knew how well Youngbae could play with his expression, and he had always been weak with this one. Youngbae didn’t need to pout to muster sympathy in other people’s feelings. All he did was furrowing his brows and looking at his victim with a very sad look, as if he was an abandoned puppy.
Jiyong cried in frustration. “I’ll do it! I’ll do it!”
Youngbae smirked as Jiyong readied himself. He inhaled…exhaled… The elder waited patiently, amused by what’ll happen. Fidgeting, Jiyong squeezed his eyes shut as he played with his lips; licking and biting them wet. Youngbae’s smile deepened into a smirk whenever Jiyong moved closer to him. His lips were an inch away from Youngbae’s when the elder broke into a chuckle. Jiyong’s eyes shot open incredulously…only to find Youngbae smiled victoriously with handphone in his hand. The moment he saw his phone, he grew wide-eyed. It was obvious that Youngbae took a picture of him.
“Argh! Give me that!” Jiyong struggled to get a reach of Youngbae’s handphone, but to no avail. Youngbae had a habit of walking around with his hands; Jiyong was no match to him. Nevertheless, he still fought for it. They wrestled on the floor. Jiyong held Youngbae from behind, reaching for the handphone. Youngbae stretched his arm as far as he could that Jiyong couldn’t get a hold of it. Jiyong, however, tickled Youngbae’s armpits, causing Youngbae to lose his guard. Jiyong managed to catch Youngbae’s handphone. Of course, Youngbae wouldn’t let that happen. He pulled Jiyong’s pyjamas, seizing him from behind that, through several kicks and punches, Youngbae was now sitting on top of him.
The faux hawk smiled when Jiyong freed himself in vain. Jiyong gave him a pouty glare. “Get off me!”
Youngbae took his handphone from the younger boy. He let out a relieved sigh when he found out that the picture is safe. “It’s my win, baby. I rest my case.”
Jiyong pouted more; his face red from both anger and embarrassment. Unable to retort, he hit Youngbae’s arm childishly as if he was a kid who refused to lose. Youngbae avoided Jiyong’s hits as easy as pie. Jiyong cried in irritation.
Youngbae examined the photo he had taken picture of. “Cute.” He showed the photo to Jiyong. It was a photo of Jiyong when he licked the corner of his mouth with eyes shut. Jiyong blushed at his own photo and looked away. Youngbae cupped his lover’s face, locking his eyes onto his. They stared at each other. A change of atmosphere. Youngbae’s face was so close that Jiyong felt his breath on him. It was wonderful. He unconsciously parted his lips, which made his lips more irresistible than before. Youngbae was ready to eat them, before divine intervention came.
“We’re home, baby!!!”
Seungri stretched his back as he grinned, Daesung tugging on his t-shirt.
“Seungri… I miss home so much,” Daesung chuckled.
“So do I,” Seungri smirked as he kissed Daesung on the cheek. Seung-hyun, who had been standing behind them, rolled his eyes.
“Argh! Enough with the lovey-dovey!”
The youngest of them stood against Seung-hyun, victorious grin on his face. “Sorry, but Daesung belongs to me.” He stuck his tongue out.
Seung-hyun rolled his eyes.
“Ah! Jiyong! Youngbae!” Daesung called.
“Hey, Daesung!” Jiyong suddenly stood from the floor, face flustered. Youngbae got up after him while he tried to avoid Jiyong’s gaze.
Daesung felt something is wrong, so he asked them.
Jiyong shook his head exaggeratedly. “Nope! Nothing’s wrong” He smiled sheepishly as he gestured Youngbae to say something.
Youngbae rubbed the back of his head. “We, uh, we were dancing!” He gave Jiyong a what-do-think-am-I-supposed-to-say look when the younger glared.
“You were!?” Seungri’s mouth agape. “Doesn’t look like it. Don’t tell me you guys were…uh, uhm, uh, how to put it…Argh! No! I’m underage!” He covered his face frantically. Daesung hit him on the head but after a moment’s pause, he eyed both Youngbae and Jiyong suspiciously. Seung-hyun did the same.
“Of course we’re not! We were just, uh…” Youngbae trailed off.
“Nalbwa nalbwa kwisun,” sang Jiyong quietly, hands awkwardly motioned the dance.
Youngbae looked at Jiyong confusedly. He sang along, though. “Nalbwa nalbwa kwisun,” He continued, dancing to the song.
“Nalbwa nalbwa chigeum tangjan nalbwayo,” they sang together.
Seungri looked at Daesung, and Daesung looked at Seung-hyun; they gave each other questioning looks, which ended in laughter.
Seungri ran to music player, playing on ‘Look at Me, Gwisoon!’
“Let’s DANCE!”
Daesung joined Seungri (who began to dance wildly) and Seung-hyun just danced in the middle. Laughing at how things turn out, the leader grinned at Youngbae. Youngbae gave him a quick peck.

It was a strange thing to do during a reunion. But who cares? They, at last, could see each other again. They laughed, they sang, they danced, they joked; they spent time together. That’s all that matter. They knew that tonight would be a BIG BANG!
