Soda!=Food

Despite the miserable midwest humidity, we have been managing to walk a little more than normal. So. Fecking. Sweaty. We took a short walk to the library tonight. The kids did a lot of bike riding again today. I can't wait to post the images I took of them riding bikes. Jonas was smiling ear to ear.

I remember when I lived in MO as a teen, when I first moved there those dang cicadas made my nights miserble! But...I did get use to them. We have them here in TX to and I don't really even notice them now.

i moved to tx from south carolina when i was young. it took me a while to get used to not having the swampy/creek sounds all around me... but i dont notice the cicadas anymore either.

In NY it is a fat tax. Now every kind of junk food is taxed higher to prevent us from buying it...

good for NY!! While I am guilty of buying junk food as well, I guarantee I would think about NOT buying as often if it where taxed. I just don't understand how some people consider it 100% of their diets, or so much that they would be upset that buying it would break their food budget. gah!
