We just had this woman call into our office.
She has a cruise booked and has no problems with the actual reservation.
However... she wanted to call us to voice a complaint... about our HOLD MUSIC.
She feels that the hold music is causing severe stress in her life and it must be stopped, immediately.
What a fucking nut job.
Of all the things people call us to complain/talk about... the hold music?
