It is official!
I will now be training to teach 3-7 year olds in September. This sorts my visa and money all in one go. Valerie has been like Isis with her wings wrapped around me protecting me from the monsters of the land of shadows until I can reach the safety of the land of the blessed. She has done what no other person, let alone woman could do, put up with me.
She provided stability so I could learn some valuable lessons about social skills. I am still learning many of them and I tend to spend all my energy on work so I have not had much to give back. Still I have managed to support her enough to get her career on track and survive her last dead end job.
So if all goes well I will be able to holiday in the south of France for two weeks. Then I will have a steady income and a proper career. Nothing like anything I have had since birth.
Finally I got my feedback from the school where I did my work experience and some of the students were talking about me for weeks after I left.
That is the me I want to be.
