I heard that some english people at the pub were making racist remarks at the pub during the game vers France, who are not playing england. Also some people were supporting the Chezks, I assume because they were playing against the US. Good thing about having a french girl friend..... one of the many good things about having a french girlfriend is that she understands how irritatingly racist the english can be.
on the other hand some english students of mine were amazed to hear that I was told to fuck of to my own country simply because I was forgin. Bless the lads, the idea was compleatly allien to them.
I am so kicking ass at my new assignement. I am going home most days feeling good about my interaction with the young people. Bengalis; carribians, eastern european and english all have a good relationship with me. I made french painless for a boy, kicked one kids ass untill he did more work than anyone else, when he usually does fuck all, made peace with a kid who insulted me for an hour....
