Before he left to go back to Baton Rouge yesterday, my brother asked that somebody working on my sister's soon-to-be home, the "Love Shack," get some pictures as the construction continued. I think he just wanted to prove to his wife, Kayla, that we're actually crazy enough to build something like this in my parents' back yard. Well, we are, and here are just a few photos of the construction to demonstrate. This will also serve the added function of actually proving if my brother bothers to read these journal entries. Finally, we hoisted up all four walls, which effectively negates my sister's frequent whine of "I don't even have any walls!" when she wants someone to feel sorry for her. The last shot is me holding up my end of the wall while my dad came over to nail the sucker in:
