The Past the Present and the Future

Sometimes it's hard to remember what has happed in the past I know this because I don't really remember a lot. I choose not to dwell on any of the bad that I had done or had experienced back then because once you start looking back you keep looking back and there's the chance you'll slip into something you don't want to. I recall you being a big history buff.. *shrug* Being so.. you should know the best way to better the future is to remember the past and not repeat mistakes.

Lifes lessons are not to be forgotten, and we are not meant to walk in circles.

Indeed -_- but call me a hypocrite but looking into my own past is something I can't stand to do. Knowing the past of the world or anyone else is.. well to me.. alright. Anyone who looks back at their lives is either going to have good memories or bad memories and when I peer into that darkness I realize how many bad ones I have.

I'm so confused right now..

Well everyone learns eventually that there is no running from your problems. You must grab your beast by the horns and look it in the eye. The last thing you want to do is run away, and realize you've only fallen into more then you bargained for. And then you will be alone.

I think you need to have some alone time, and have some self finding.

I say this as your friend, that the only person you need is yourself. Once you are happy then, should anyone else come into play in the battlefield known as your life.

I've spent most of my life obsessed with the past - mostly because I can't remember very many happy times that aren't overshadowed with some terrible or sad memory ( ... )
