So a while ago I went skiing...
My car's windshield went from having a chip with a little star of cracks to a full horizontal windshield-splitting crack in under an hour.
I hit the back of my head hard enough while snowboarding to get seriously injured, but thankfully I bought a helmet beforehand. It was nice to get a demo of "here's why you're glad you bought a helmet".
Chad hurt his knee really badly skiing Alberta Face (edit: Gyro, according to Tom), it will take him an estimated ten months to recover.
My car's new top speed record is 123mph. I also got some ice driving practice. It's not too hard, you just have to be conscious that your car now has an additional axis that it can translate on.
I have decided that I want a
Nissan GT-R they cost about $70,000, so I'm going to have to change my lifestyle somehow if I want to afford one, but hey, it's good to have goals.
