Patti chiari, amicizia lunga.

Once again I put quill and ink to parchment in an effort to appease the masses. You may now cease your frantic searching for thus marks the latest entry of Blaise Rodrigo Zabini. Do not feel restless any longer.

I could go on and on about how I have spent my last few days but I shall not. It would be uncouth of me to point out how much more fulfilling my existence is than many of you. Thus, I shall remain mum on the subject.

Millicent, cara, it was quite lovely of you to shower me with your attentions the other day in the common room. Although I have hardly seen the likes of you save for shared class time these past few days, I am most certain that our paths will cross once more in a similiar amiable way.

Pansy, I do hope that you do not mind I have arranged for the seating in the common room to be changed. I noticed the other day that your favourite chair is getting woefully unplush and have plans to Banish it away to the house elves for proper repair. In the meantime, another chair has been procured and will be set in its place temporarily. It is my most sincere hope that it will suffice.

Draco, surely you did not mean Pansy, Millicent, myself, and a select other Slytherins in your last journal entry when you proclaimed to "dislike every last one of you. Particularly today. And likely even moreso on Sunday."

Tomorrow is Sunday. Likely someone will have to re-evaluate Draco's level of dislike.
