I work in the billing department
Woman: I made a double payment in January and I got an e-mail telling me I was going to get cut off in two weeks..degenerates in to crying.
Me: I'll fix the problem and everything will be okay.
Woman: I keep getting these e-mails..crying
Me: Ma'm, don't cry
(she promptly stops crying)
Woman: okay, I'll send in a payment in a week
Moral of the story is, if someone is crying, just tell them to stop.
