I'm new eh?

So I'm new to the community and would be happy to get some advice/criticism/etc. I've been experimenting off and on for a little over a year, but I am finally starting to take it seriously. I've been reading a bunch and watching a bunch on photography and I'm excited to learn how to take actual factual nice pictures.
Anyways, here is some of the stuff that i've done and liked over the past year or so.
I just finally got my first digital slr and am having loads of fun learning about all this light metering business that i didn't know exsisted. So, like i said, any advice and all that would be greatly appreciated.
