Goodbye, Silent Hill. Hello, Point Lookout...

I'm pretty much over Silent Hill these days. If I ever find a way for my PS2 to relay clear images to my TV, I'd LOVE to replay 2, 3, or 4 any day. The key attraction for me had always been the immersive, ugly, post-apocalyptic environment. I'm totally taken by it, I'm not sure why. Since I didn't own a next-gen console at the time Homecoming was released, I was okay to let that one slip. I watched my good friend and devoted Silent Hill partner play through it on her 360. That was good enough for me.

I moved on. I moved right on to D.C. in the Fallout universe, almost 300 years in the future. But just yesterday, I found a point where these two impossible places converge...
