Are you still taking antidepressants? Don't take them later than 12 because it'll keep you up at night, at least that's what happened to me last night. I don't want to recommend more pills, but did you know benadryl can be used as a sleeping aid? Please feel better soon.

I'll stop worrying if you stop giving me a reason to. I feel tempted to add 'young lady', but i'll restrain myself.

I don't know how susceptible you are to medicine, but benadryl can knock you right out without the risk of dependency like normal sleeping pills.

In any case, i'm glad you're off those antidepressants! jia you!
