another exhausting day. For the next week of so work is going to start an hour earlier than before. This means that I have to be at work at 6am, therefore I'll be waking up at 5:15am every morning. I also just found out that I'm gonna be working next Saterday as well as this saterday. Arg. And, to make matters worse, both the captain and the only other deckhand are leaving this weekend. That means that there will be just three of us left to do all the work, and no cook. Also, since there is welding being done on the ship the person on duty everyday is going to have to stay two hours late to make sure that no fires start where the welding has been done. That means that the person on duty will have to get up early, around 5am, to make breakfast, will have to stay at work until around 5pm, then come home and make everyone dinner and then do the dishes, clean the kitchen and the bathroom. Making it a 17hour work day for the person on duty. I will be on duty at least twice next week. this is going to kill me. I'm gonna talk to Scott, our cheif mate, and see if we can change this cause it's just redicules.
