(no subject)
What do you do with someone who is stupid and is seemingly incapable of learning anything and applying it usefully? What do you do with the same person who is lazy but insists that he wants to learn and help out. It doesn't help either that he's the same rank as Lem. But took him about 9 years longer to get to that rank. It doesn't help that he's also the same MOS(Military Occupational Specialty) as me. What do you do that? So I'll be devoting a little bit of journal time to this dude. He's been with us for a few months now and I haven't said much about him because I was holding out judgment. But it's painfully obvious that I can't hold back anymore. I just want to scream at him every day how can you be so old and be in the Army for so long and not understand how anything works?! So I've tried to be patient and explain things thoroughly and make him somewhat useful and an asset but he's just turned into a liability. Anything he does I have to follow behind like a I'm following a young child to see what he broke/forgot/did completely wrong. Yeah.
