I know this has been uploaded elsewhere, but I actually have a CD-rip of it, so there's no talking over "画沙."
Cindy Yen writes all of her own music. She also played the piano and violin for a few of the tracks on this album. She co-wrote the lyrics to "热气球" ("Hot Air Baloon") and "你不爱我了" ("You Don't Love Me"). A few of the lyricists for this album are Vincent Fang, Huang Junlang, and NQMM's Lara.
The version of Cindy's debut I got came in a box with a little book with the CD case under that, and a notebook under the CD case. The notebook has a cartoon version of Cindy on the cover and grid-lined pages (for writing in Chinese?). It's very cute and I'm also very tempted to use it. There's also a DVD, which has the MVs for 2 songs: "画沙" ("Sand Painting") and "很旅行的爱情" ("Love that Tends to Travel"). Unfortunately, I can't seem to rip the DVD on my computer right now because there's some component of my computer missing that reads DVDs. I found that I can rip DVDs even though I can't watch them, but I can only watch the outcome by copying it to an external harddrive and playing it elsewhere. I've converted the MVs to AVI format and will post them once they're uploaded. :D

The little book (not the notebook) has lots of pictures in it, the song lyrics (so you can actually figure out what Jay is singing in the duet), and a song and a set of lyrics dated 2003 and 2004, respectively.
A few pictures also have notes on them. One of them is a picture of ice skates with the caption: "When I was little I wanted to be a skater...Each year I'd write a letter to Santa asking for a pair of white ice skates,...but Grandpa Santa would always give the excuse that he didn't have the money. :( So after graduating from college I bought myself a pair of skates as a graduation present!!!"
There's also a picture of a book of sheet music for Chopin which says: "Thank you for helping me pass my loneliest times. You are my best friend." Chopin is also Jay's favorite classical composer.
Cindy is the only female artist in JVR Music and she's from Texas. She had a hard time finding a company that would give her the opportunity to make an album, but I hope she keeps releasing albums in the future. MandoPop needs more female singer-songwriters.
