Fluffy Shiny Floral Jay

He's wearing boots again, he's got this shiny thing going on with some really big shiny thing where there really should be a tie. You can't really see his jacket in that picture, though, so here:

I have no idea what's going on with Jay's jacket in this one. Chi-Ling's outfit is odd, too. However, this shot reveals something fluffy at Jay's neck, with something else shiny under it:
