Four posts in one day? Sacrilege!
In my recent perusage of various webcomics, I have come to the conclusion that Mac Hall and Applegeeks will soon become as one.
My exhibits are as follows:
Compare exhibits a and b: Ian's square head and Hawk's more guitar-shaped ones are distinct, separate, and certainly in no danger of becoming the same comic. Ian has a thick neck, Hawk a skinny one. Ian's glasses are square, Hawk's are elliptical.
And now, exhibits c and d: Same head shape. Same glasses. Same eyebrows. Same ears. Same clothes. Lines are all but gone in both. Granted, they're wearing different head coverings, but it's only a matter of time before they, too, merge together to become a basedana.
I hear you yell, "It's just one character! There have been such occurences before. Even among main characters, such as the various Flash-type super-heroes!" Fine. But were these also the personifications of the artists? I think not. I stand in anticipation of the day Matt shaves his goatee or Ananth grows one.
I had fun making up words today. This has been a Random Brain Connections (tm) production.
Edit: Apparently it's the sixth post in one day. I forgot to count the ones I made in the wee hours of the morning. That is definitely some kind of record for me.
