My english reader is officially the most awesome English reader ever. It includes essays with titles such as "On Dumpster Diving", "Under the Influence", "The Holy Use of Gossip", "What is a Homosexual?", "On the Fear of Death", "Light-bulb Jokes", "Who Shot Johnny?", "Mommy, What Does 'Nigger' Mean?", "The Clan of One-Breasted Women", "Thank God for Atom Bombs", "The Battle of the Ants", "This Is the End of the World", not to mention Swift's "A Modest Proposal".
And some of them are even required reading for the course. ^_^
